Brewing Tanganda Loose Leaf Tea
You’ll Need:

1 teaspoon of Tanganda loose tea

Fresh boiling water

Teapot or infuser
-
Optional: milk, sugar, lemon
Steps:

Warm your teapot with a little hot water and pour it out.

Add 1 teaspoon per cup of loose tea.

Pour freshly boiled water (100°C) over the leaves.

Let it steep for 3–5 minutes depending on how strong you like it.

Strain into your cup, then add milk or sugar if you choose.
Tip: If you enjoy a stronger brew, add a few more leaves, don’t steep longer than 5 minutes or the tea may turn bitter.
There are lots of ways to brew Tanganda, and most are quite similar to the recipe above.
Brewing Tanganda Tea Bags
Steps:

Place 1 teabag in your mug.

Add freshly boiled water.

Let the tea brew for 2–4 minutes.

Add milk, sugar, or enjoy black.
Tip: For iced tea, brew two teabags strong, let cool, and pour over ice.
